Your first subscription payment is refundable in full within 14 days, no questions asked. Email support@colorcast.live or use Paddle's link on your receipt. Renewals are refundable within 14 days if the plan hasn't been used in that billing period. Hour packs are refundable if unused. The Studio one-time licence is refundable within 14 days.
Paddle processes refunds to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
